Just when we thought the ice cream couldn't get any better, it did!  We were so honoured to have been included in the Kent Ice Cream Co. "Local Love Series," Kent's nod to local producers.  In the summer of 2021,  Kent's used our culinary lavender in a new flavour innovation:  Blueberry Lavender Pop-tart Ice Cream (Note the perfect tiny replica Pop-tart garnish in the pint--so
